Rules before claims.
The Creator allocation is permanently non-transferable after launch setup. Strategic and Development remain withdrawable, but applicable sells are sized from live executable market depth: the largest amount whose modeled immediate price impact is no more than 2%. Direct-transfer descendants keep the original lineage and share rolling four-hour sell accounting. Initial Orca liquidity is permanently locked.

The 50-year schedule starts on launch day and advances every ten hours: the first 43,829 scheduled #1 allocations are 11,407 7ANA each and the final scheduled allocation is 42,597 7ANA, totaling exactly 500,000,000 7ANA. A window with no eligible winner pays nothing; its scheduled tokens remain in the public reserve and the clock keeps moving.

At launch, the site indexes the canonical mint, fixed supply, allocation accounts, removed authorities, Orca pool, permanent liquidity-lock proof, market-exit rule proof and every completed draw. Each draw publishes its entrant commitment, both ORAO VRF v2 request/fulfillment records, selected wallets and payout transaction.

ORAO VRF v2 · SolanaWhen the ten-hour window closes, the entrant set is frozen. 7ANANA then uses two ORAO VRF v2 requests on Solana: the first derives a 3–5 minute draw delay; the second selects distinct #1 and #2 winners from the already-frozen set when at least two entrants exist. The request transactions, fulfilled randomness and deterministic result are published with the draw.
